SAFARI

HOW LONG IS THE SAFARI? WHAT CAN WE EXPECT?

We will be visiting the Inverdoorn Game Reserve — a 25,000 acre reserve dedicated to wildlife conservation and is home to various animals and birdlife.

We leave Cape Town around 7AM for a 2.5-hour drive to the reserve. We arrive by 10AM and have a 3-hour game drive to explore the 25,000 acre park, followed by lunch and free time to enjoy the pool, gardens, etc.

HOW DO WE GET TO THE SAFARI RESERVE?

We will have a bus arranged to take all of us to the park. More details coming soon!

WHAT ANIMALS CAN BE FOUND ON THIS RESERVE?

All of the big 5 roam freely! The big 5 are elephants, lions, buffalos, leopards and rhinos. They also have giraffes, hippos and more.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES ON MY PHONE?

You defnintely can... but we do recommend bringing a real camera.

CAN KIDS COME ON THE SAFARI?

Children over 4 are welcome to join. Children are also free to stay at the reserve’s pool and garden while everyone else participates in the game drive.

WHAT DO I WEAR? WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Comfy closed shoes, light clothing (long pants, light jacket), camera, sunscreen, hat, bathing suit (there is a pool).
